Based on traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama exercises, exploring the range of motion of different muscle groups and adding functional exercises, SoLunar Hatha Yoga is one of his two distinct practices. His path continued abroad with Daniel Rama by deepening his practice in meditation, mantras, yogic philosophy and in Hatha & Vinyasa practice.
